BabyLiveAdvice supports our most vulnerable patients, including homeless individuals, immigrants, and uninsured pregnant women who are undereducated and isolated. Through BLA, they gain access to a nurse to talk to and a navigator to help them manage their most complex needs.

Transitioning our maternal education to BabyLiveAdvice saved our hospital hundreds of thousands in instructor salaries and significantly reduced our administrative burden.

We launched in December of 2023. In just one year’s time, [we] have seen more than half of our patients that we deliver here go through the prenatal education classes on BabyLiveAdvice… whereas we were probably maybe hitting 25% at most when we were doing it all in house.

I can sleep soundly at night, knowing that my mothers and their babies are in the safe, experienced, and capable hands of the amazing BLA staff. I trust they will escalate any emergencies to me promptly and help manage my patient panel effectively.
